3.08.2015Fantastic product. I love it and so does my friend and daughter in law. We have been using it for years and it takes off all of my makeup including eye makeup. Just a couple of squirts on a wet facecloth.

27.07.2015unpleasant texture, no results. I love everything Shiseido, except this product. Although I love thick cleansing products (balms, creams etc) this product is a no go for me since it's too thick for what it is. It's an emulsion/milk hybrid but feels incredibly heavy on the skin, and I found it didn't do a good job in removing make up or dirt. It also left a bit of a film.
