This toner is PH-balanced, alcohol free, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, and colorant-free. Its supposed to be for normal to oily skin types. I have combination skin and this product works well for me. I was looking for a good toner that would moisturize without clogging pores, and this does the job. I love that its a no-fuss type of product that does what it promises to. The price and packaging also reflect the simplicity of the product.
